It occured to me today as I was taking my daily tablespoon of Virgin Coconut Oil that it would be interesting to know how other people keep healthy as far as food choices go...this is also a nice way to get to know the readers of my blog a little better :)
I'm always on the lookout for new things I can add to my daily diet that will boost my overall health and energy...so I want to know what you eat to keep healthy! The prize is a little care package that I'll be putting together filled with wholesome healthy goodies.
Here are the guidelines for entry:

Great! But it can be anything...any vegetable you like...or grain... :) whatever it is that you add into your diet to make it a healthy one.
Healthy? Bwa-ahahahahahaha! Healthiest I eat these days is the lettuce on my burger.
