Here's a dish my mom cooked a few weekends ago. Its a Thai Noodle salad with carrots, papaya, red chili, grilled chicken, cilantro, glass noodles and a dressing containing lime and fishsauce among other things. It just looked so pretty and delicious that I wanted to add it to the blog.
